Beating the Bounds is a sponsored walk to raise much needed funds for East Cheshire Hospice. Registration for Beating the Bounds 2018 is now open! Please visit Information for more details and to register. It is a 15 mile walk around the Wilmslow Parish Boundary. This year there are options for people who don’t want to walk all 15 miles including an 8 mile walk, a 4 mile family walk with games and picnic, a 5 mile dog walk and a 2 mile leisurely stroll. Something for everyone! You can run all 15 miles if you like or take part in our photography tuition event – get involved in a fun day out for a good local cause. The event takes place on Sunday May 13th – starting and finishing at Wilmslow Rugby Club. There are different start times for the different options – please see web site for all details. The route is mainly along good paths and quiet lanes in beautiful Cheshire countryside – full instructions will be supplied Refreshments are provided as part of the registration fee – including coffee or tea at start, lunch and evening barbecue.
